RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns: Any part in its original condition may be returned to b2bapplianceparts for a full refund within 30 days of shipping. It is our policy to refund the shipping price only if the part was shipped in error.

If your part arrives damaged, you must contact b2bapplianceparts within 7 days of receiving the damaged part. If b2bapplianceparts is not contacted within 7 days of receipt of the damaged goods you will be ineligible for any refund.

All returns must have authorization, which can be obtained by contacting customer support at customer.support@b2bapplianceparts.com  Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return. When returning your order, please make certain your order number is clearly indicated on the outside of your package. Allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Part Failure within 30 day guaranty period-Contact customer.support@ b2bapplianceparts.com with failure information-If exact Replacement Part is available b2bapplianceparts will ship exchange part at no additional cost. If replacement part is unavailable b2bapplianceparts will handle like a return part and will credit shipping 

Disputes-At b2bapplianceparts believes in the old adage *The Customer is always Right* If there is any problems at all with our service, parts, or promptness in resolving an issue. b2bapplianceparts will refund in full the complete cost of part and shipping.

PURCHASING PARTS

Ordering Your Parts (Three Easy Steps)

  1. Adding Items To Your Cart: To add an item to your cart, click on the "BUY" button next to the part. This will add the item to your cart and take you to your shopping cart. From here you can make any changes to the item quantities, remove items one at a time, or empty your cart entirely. When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button. You will be taken to the next step in the purchase process, Purchasing Your Parts.
  2. Purchasing Your Parts: Review your order for accuracy. Next select a shipping method and enter your shipping and credit card information. Note that all information on this page is protected. Once you have selected your shipping method and entered your credit card information, click on the "Submit" button. You will be taken the to the final step in the purchase process, Order Confirmation.                           
  3. Order Confirmation: You will be given an order number, which you should make a note of for your records. You will also receive a confirmation by email with the details of your order. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email with the details of your shipment, including the tracking number. If tracking is available for your shipment method, a tracking link will appear in your email. Click on the link to track your parcel online.

    SHIPPING

    Shipping Methods and Costs: B2bapplianceparts will ship your parts to any physical address within the contiguous United States or Alaska. Because of duty restrictions b2bapplianceparts is unable to ship most items to Canada. b2bapplianceparts does not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or United States offshore territories, including APO/FPO US military bases.

    We offer you a variety of shipping options in order to best meet your appliance part needs. We work hard to ensure that you are charged the lowest possible rate for shipping, and that the rate you are charged is as fair as possible.

    Please note that not all methods are available from all of b2bapplianceparts dealers. The available shipping methods will be displayed to you when you are making your purchase. Costs include shipping and handling (no additional handling charges). So that you get your parts as quickly as possible,b2bapplianceparts will ship your parts as soon as they become available. Regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order, you will only ever be charged freight once.

    Multiple Dealers:

    b2bapplianceparts operates in conjunction with several dealers throughout North America, with different product lines available at each. Our online system has been designed to calculate the lowest possible shipping costs for you, and will attempt to have your order shipped from only one dealer if possible. If necessary, your order may be split between two or more of our dealers. If this happens, it will be clearly displayed to you in the Order Submission page what you will be charged for shipping. You will never be charged more for shipping than is displayed in the Order Submission and Order Confirmation pages. Some dealers do not have all shipping methods available, so you will have the opportunity to select a shipping method for each of the dealer involved in your order.

    Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

    Customers should provide street / civic addresses. All of b2bapplianceparts dealers ship only by courier and cannot ship to PO boxes. Customers who put in PO box addresses will be contacted via email for a correction. b2bapplianceparts is not responsible for delays in shipping this may cause.

    Cancellations or Changes:

    b2bapplianceparts processes your order as quickly as possible. When we receive your order, it is routed electronically to one of our dealers. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at customer.support@b2bapplianceparts.com immediately, so that your order can be cancelled before it ships. Once your parts have been shipped, you must wait for them to arrive in order to return them for a full refund. Orders cancelled before any items have shipped will have all shipping costs refunded.

    Your confirmation email may not arrive until after your purchase has already shipped, so please contact
    b2bapplianceparts immediately via e-mail at
    customer.support@b2bapplianceparts.com if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order.

    Availability:

    In Stock: The item is in stock in one of b2bapplianceparts dealers and will ship today if your order is placed before 2:00 PM Eastern time. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM EST, your in stock items will ship on the next business day.
